13. Group Bookings, Events, and Catering

Café Bastille accommodates group dining requests, private events, and catering services subject to availability and approval.

Group Bookings (8–25 Guests)

We accept group reservation inquiries for parties of 8 to 25 guests. All requests must be submitted in advance through our inquiry form or directly through our team.

Group bookings are not automatically confirmed upon submission. All requests are subject to availability, date/time approval, and operational capacity. A member of our team will contact you to confirm details and finalize arrangements.

A deposit is required to confirm and hold all group reservations as follows:

• Weekdays: $50 per person deposit

• Weekends: $75 per person deposit

Deposits are required to secure the booking and will be applied toward the final bill, subject to the terms provided at confirmation. Failure to provide the required deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the release of the reservation.

Minimum spend requirements, seating arrangements, or time limits may apply depending on location, date, and operational needs.

All group bookings remain subject to final confirmation by Café Bastille.

14. Service Charge Policy

A 20% Service Charge is added to all checks, and a portion of it is shared with service staff as well as other staff who help enhance your dining experience.

By dining with us, you acknowledge and agree to this service charge policy.

Café Bastille reserves the right to modify or decline group bookings based on operational needs.

Private Events

For private events or partial/full venue buyouts:

• All private event requests require direct confirmation from our management team.

• Event details, pricing, minimum spends, and policies will be shared upon inquiry.

• A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure the booking.

• Final guest counts and event details must be confirmed by the agreed deadline prior to the event date.

Café Bastille reserves the right to adjust pricing or availability based on seasonality, demand, or operational constraints.

Catering Services

Café Bastille may offer catering services for select orders and events.

• Catering availability varies by location and order size.

• Orders must be placed within required lead times (as communicated by our team).

• Full payment or deposit may be required prior to preparation or delivery.

• All catering orders are subject to confirmation by Café Bastille.

We reserve the right to decline catering requests that do not meet operational requirements.

• All bookings are only confirmed once explicitly approved by Café Bastille.

• No-shows, late arrivals, or significant changes to guest counts may affect service or future booking eligibility.
